Fight Gone Good

Woohoo! I posted a new PR of 352 for the benchmark work out Fight Gone Bad at "jazzercise" today. Gettin' older but still getting stronger and faster.

The workout consists of 5 stations and 3 rounds:
  1. Wall-ball: 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
  2. Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds (Reps)
  3. Box Jump: 20" box (Reps)
  4. Push-press: 75 pounds (Reps)
  5. Row: calories (Calories)
You have one minute at each station with no break in time. At the completion of 5 minutes (one round) you have a 1 minute rest. Your score is the total number of reps + calories from the row from all three rounds.

15 minutes of work and 3 minutes of rest...doesn't sound too tough, right? ;)
